Welcome to StreamFather. These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern your use of the StreamFather website, applications, and streaming services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Streamfather LTD., located at 3F2R+JV San Miguelito, Panama.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the StreamFather streaming platform, including any websites, mobile applications, and related services.
"User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
"Content" refers to all media, including but not limited to films, television shows, images, and text available on the Service.
"Subscription" refers to the paid plan that grants access to premium Content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 4. Subscription and Billing

StreamFather offers subscription-based access to its Content library. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• A 14-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
• StreamFather reserves the right to change subscription pricing upon 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. License and Use of Content

Subject to these Terms, StreamFather grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream Content for your personal, non-commercial use. You shall not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written authorization.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Service.
• Download, record, or capture any Content using screen capture, recording software, or similar technologies.
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple users to access a single account simultaneously beyond the limits of your subscription plan.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, logos, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of Streamfather LTD. or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

7. DMCA and Copyright Complaints

StreamFather respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated DMCA agent:

Your notice must include: (i) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (ii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (v) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STREAMFATHER LTD. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STREAMFATHER LTD., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF STREAMFATHER LTD. EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Streamfather LTD. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

StreamFather may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Panama City, Panama. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Modifications to the Terms

StreamFather reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Streamfather LTD. regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
